I know it's early but I'm trying to come up with a plan and do some scouting. I'd like to hunt quail this fall at Peaslee. Is there fields like glassboro to hunt them there? How do I know where they are stocked? I'm trying to extend my time in the field with my son. He's six and loves bird hunting but two birds and done isn't enough for him. I'm not interested in limiting out, but if it happens that's great. I just want to expose him to more/different birds and get him ready to hunt responsibly. I'm looking forward to my time in the field with him. Any info you can pass along would be great, as well as shot size and tips for hunting them. I'm assuming number 8 shot will do the job?
