that trap you made is a big critter you going after yote or something say 20 to 30 pounds.LOL
Here Kitty-Kitty[hihi].
I had a Bobcat on my trapline last year and it was making me nervous...I saw fresh tracks every day. Plus I got a trail cam pick too.I was afraid I was going to catch it in a snare, So I was being extra cautious in how I hung them.
Then one day when I called to report a Coyote that I had caught, The subject of the Bobcat came up. And since I have been involved with the trapping and radio-collaring coyotes for fish and wildlife in the past, They asked if I was interested in trapping it....Non-Game gave me a box trap and bait to catch the cat. and they were going to radio collar it. Well..I set the trap and the first night the cat walked right past it but never entered. Two days later I dropped the door on the trap cause I had to go to the Harrisburg Show for a couple days, When I returned I never saw anymore sign of the Bobcat. When I called to return the trap, they asked me if I'd be interested in trapping Bobcats next winter. ....I said Yes and now I'm building a couple of traps. There is only going to be more and more Bobcats around. So as soon as I see Cat tracks on my trapline in the future, I'm setting a box trap.
Plus with the size of these traps, I could also catch two or three ***** at once.[up]
