I wont as I never recieved my permit[down]

I called today and all I get is the Answering machine at the permit hotline.

I am all the way up in Montague and Have to work from 5am to 5 PM tomorrow. I can not brgin to tell you guys how PO'd I am at Fish &Game for taking so long to mail them out. Because of their ineptitude I have hardly any chance to get this fixed. Unless Matt can go over to get it for me I am F'ed.
