i bought a triggerstick tripod last august used it during shotgun season went to use it again in January and it failed to function properly, so i emailed PRIMOS and got a reply from Bubba i sent it back to them and it and a new one was sent right back. Really nice to see an American company stand behind its products[up]

While I have had more need for their customer service than anyone would actually want from a company the service itself is very good. I received a replacement backpack for my Crusher blind that I accidentally damaged myself at zero cost from the company with just a simple phone call this week.
