There's a lot of good ways to eat goose, you can grind it up for chili, burgers, tacos, you can cut up into small pieces and marinate in italian dressing, then wrap in bacon and grill, smoked goose is really good, or try one that has turned into my favorite, flying prime rib. Don't listen to the people who say it's not good, they either don't know how to cook it properly, or are just one of the sheep who like to join everyone in saying it's not good eating. Enjoy!

Key is to soak the breasts in salt water over night. Takes the "gamey taste" out. Then marinade with what you want. Just had some maple bacon wrapped goose breast on the grill last night. Marinated in Italian dressing, fresh Garlic, season salt, old bay. Family loves it. Key is to not overcook. Add a little cajun shake and damn, it's good.
