I think I'll head out to do some goose'in tonight. I've only been out once this season so I thought I'd give it another go Up here in North Jersey.

I'll be headed out at aroud 2pm That'll put me at my spot at 3 or so after I get ready and walk in it'll be 4:30.

kmtpr, I'll be useing a natural blind on a pininsula, the birds tend to land on either side.

Good Luck went out last night alot of birds but nothing shootable. The migration has already started went out last sat. migratory birds on the move.

Last year I got to be in a goose blind while a few family members goose hunted. Was quite an experience. Good luck to you!![up] ;)

Well? they were flying last night, but with no dekes and only a call, only one smal group got close enough for a shot right at last light, at least I thought they where close enough, low light can be tricky to judge and so I shot but nothing hit the water, still it was fun!

The next time I hit up the marsh will be for ducks, saw some woodies and a ton of Greenheads!

Saw some guys setting up dekes in a cornfield next to rt 80 in allamuchy this morning. Couldn't help wondering if it was anyone from this site, how they did, and why I wasn't with them..??[hihi]
