I'll be heading to Ken Lockwood Gorge Saturday morning. It shouldn't be too cold and hopefully I will get something. I haven't fished there is 2 years, but when I did before the season started, my fiance and I caught 18 in 2 hours. She will be at her bachelorette party, so I get to go fishing.

I'm going to do some trout fishing on saturday as well. I fly fish so i'll be throwing some nymphs around.

I think I will be throwing spinners and roostertails. I am not too good with the fly rod, especially early season.

i wish i could go...but the mrs is going to a bridal party so i'm home watching the kids. maybe i'll take them for a walk through the gorge though if it's nice out. i hunt and fish there all the time. it's like 5 minutes away.

I'm heading out to Paragon in Penn. for a little offroading. My cruiser is crapped out right now so I'm riding copilot. If I wasn't heading there, I would probably join one of you guys... maybe next time.

I thought the gorge was fly fishing/catch and release only... I may be wrong, I haven't gone over the regs with a fine tooth comb yet.[confused]

the gorge is no longer just a fly spot. it's a trout conservation area. you can fish it year round.

I didn't make it out. I had some work to do on my house. Bathroom and kitchen are gutted. Figured I should help my future father-in-law. Maybe in the weeks to come.
