I saw a guy smoking on a train today.

Of course the train was in India and the video was on LiveLeak.(the 40kv line on the top of the train had something to do with it)

"Smoking" means the burning of, inhaling from, exhaling the smoke from, or the possession
of a lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe or any other matter or substance which contains tobacco or any
other matter that can be smoked.
By the definition of the law, i dont know if the "inhaling from" part is in conjuction with the "burning of" part. If thats not the case, then it might be legal.

I dont know if its worth it, but it would be pretty funny to have one of them right in the middle of Ruby Tuesdays or any other restaurant just to see peoples reaction.

Why would you want to smoke anyway especially while hunting?. I don't know one person who smokes that can consistently kills big bucks and I truly believe that the fact that they smoke in the tree has got to contribute to that. They hunt great areas and get picts of good bucks but for some reason can't ever seem to get it done. They spend money on Scentlok and other aides to fool big bucks noses but refuse to believe that the fact that they smoke in the tree could reduce there chances at killing one of them. As you must not be a smoker. I am and let me tell you for some strange reason it is the hardest thing in the world to quit. I am big, strong and very well educated but I can not just get rid of that little white thing in my hand. It is hard to explain but everyone that has ever quit always thinks about it. I have talked to people all over that have quit and it is true. Force of habbit i guess.
As for smoking in the woods !! Of course the deer can smell it. But a smoker always thinks that just let me sneak one real fast and the smell will go away.:) But I got a shot a the biggest buck I ever seen with a smoke in my mouth, A 14 pointer at about 50 feet away in Illonois with my muzzy.I missed the shot and think of it all the time. Spent $3,500 to miss a deer at 50 feet
[wallmad].
So to get back to the original post ; this could help out a few people that need that nicotine hit while sitting in the stand all day.

Everyone I know who quit smoking, including myself (2 years this passed April) has done it by going cold turkey. You have to make the decision to quit. Good luck. I know you can do it.

I smoked 2 packs a day, 3 if I was drinking. Been 11 years now since I've had one. Still get the urge from time to time. Don't know how people can afford it? Not the smokes, what it's doing to their health and families.

Don't you hate when others try to live your life for you.[wallmad][wallmad] I only wish they would pay my bill, too. That would really help me out.
