Yup. Jack will do stuff like that...

My favorite was when he said there was no proof that the pony was killed by the bear. That after the pony was found 200 yards away, dragged over and under 3 fences and up a hill. Yea, we got other animals in NJ that can do that to a 250lb pony....

“These are all the kind of people who, when a wildlife management issue arises, go for their guns.”

What a boob.

The folks in-charge and the public must understand what the word "management" means regarding livestock or wildlife.

I used to help 'manage' cattle in Florida.

The weak or sick would be killed. To control the population we would sell calves. Some of the money from the sales went into supplement feed and nutrients.

Nature would sometimes kill-off a few heads during floods and t-storms and sometimes predation.

You can't effectively manage livestock without killing.

Mr Death goes hand in hand with proper management.
It is nature's way.

Contraception should never be considered and should have been laughed off the negotiating table from the start.

If they want a comprehensive management plan they should start with managing their budget allocations and the folks that keep dipping into the till.
