Selling my Durango. No BS here. So here is the deal.

2000 Dodge Durango, 4.7L V-8 4x4
147,000 miles
PL, PB, PS, PW
Tires are BF Goodrich AT put on in 2007(should have 20,000 or so miles left on them).
Interior in good shape, no smoking only normal wear and tear.
Exterior has normal dings and scratches from 10 years of hunting and fishing. The exterior does have a small dent and a bit of rust on the passenger side rear door(backed into the side of the garage :D photo)
Everything works, but the passenger side power window is slow.
Breaks are decent.
No hitch or tow package.
Third row seats
I am the original owner.
New A/C compresser last year.
Here is the skinny. Engine is going. Knocks, and clangs . From what I have been told, it is probably a main bearing that is shot.
I have been babying it when I drive it.
The noise started last week.
Asking $1,000 OBO. NJH decal Free. Or maybe I should be selling the decal for $1,000 and a free truck[hihi]

Please PM me with questions.

$1000? [up]

Buy a bone yard motor for $800 and you have a good used SUV for $1800.

Someone should jump on this.

Ringneck. I have been told it's the main bearing, and to drop a new motor in it. One shop told me just to get at what they thought the problem was it would cost about 750 just in labor to get it apart. Other than that I don't know. If someone has a motor, and can put it in we need to talk. I have had 3 different people look at it and all 3 said the problem is terminal and just a matter of time. I am no longer driving it.
