I AGREE [up]The 88 year old guy that shot up the holocast museum will get a costly trial every one in the world know he did it why even bother spending a dime he will die of old age before its over .And taking a picture of a kids first fish is a felony only in america I don't think america is going to last much longer it needs a new civil war.The new world order is coming.[mad]They blow off the Constitutional issues involved with the Chrysler bankruptcy, but they'll hear this????
Nothing would suprise me at this point,,,,
Because we have been slowly, deliberatly and methodically weaned into not only accepting, but promoting & supporting socialism and tyranny. Why is it in these times we as americans as a whole tolerate it?
The first thing you need to let go of is that this is all a left-wing conspiracy. It will cloud your vision and prevent you from being effective. The wool has been pulled over our eyes and the elites newest "puppet", barrack obama, has done a hell of a job selling the American people on given up their freedoms.
The new Progressive party aka obama....wants you to worship the government and all that it does to "take care of" its people.....they have no room to worship anyone else.....scary stuffasses in washington will be outlawing God,Buddah,or whoever you worship.
It bans images of animals being hurt, wounded or killed if the depicted conduct is illegal under federal law or illegal under the state law either (i) where the creation of the depiction occurs, or (ii) where the depiction is sold or possessed
This is the assinine part. If i shoot a deer with a rifle in PA and tape it, then sell the video here is NJ, which rifle hunting is illegal, then i would go to prison. I dont think so. Your bound to follow the laws of the state/country your are in, not the by the laws of the state/country where you reside. If thats the case, then its just another step to one world power. That means that a picture taken of the killing of an animal during a hunt (perfectly lawful where it occurred) could be a federal felony crime if that picture is sold or possessed somewhere in the United States where hunting (or the particular type of hunting, ie, crossbow) is prohibited.
