I have a meeting at 12:30... afterwards... I am gonna try to take a little turkey walk through the woods. Hopefully, I do not see any monster bucks... because then I might have to purchase yet another freaking permit.

I am kidding... I don't feel like getting shot at.

Actually, I am just going for a hike with the gun... if I see flock then I'll scatter them. We'll see... I have not seen a turkey in the woods since September.

well then you should come out with me. whenever i hunt my spot i see 3 different flocks walking around. they come and go all day long. one flock is like 12 and the other two are like 6 and 7 birds.

ublic....i've never turkey hunted before, but i'm going to give it a shot this spring.

i also hunt public along old mine road...ive only hunted one season about 2 years ago...gonna try again since i have the decoys and the calls. [up]
