yesterday the company who got the bid to dredge the waretown lake managed to almost sink their john deere Excavator the had to get 2 big tow trucks to yank it out only got a shot from my cell phone but what a bunch of morons

Happens all the time, that's why there are mats for soft operating surface work and back filling to create solid ground operating conditions?

Maybe I'll get the job to write the damages on her.

Back a couple years ago a contractor doing work in Sea Isle City got their excavator stuck in the sand on the edge of the water. It was a Komatsu PC-1000 (giant). It took them months to get it out. I used to have a picture. It was crazy because of the tides all you see in the picture is the top of the cab and half the boom above the sand. It must have sunk at least 10 ft. It made the papers and all
