My inlaws just had duck for the first time the other night at a chinese place. They have been afraid to try it because they were told it was really greasey. However, it didn't seem too greasy. I do have to admit I have only had it greasy once. Ant the best dusk I had was in a sandwich in Maryland.
Anyway, here is my question. Now that my mother-in-law wants me to hunt waterfowl are wild ducks more greasey than farm raised? Or does it depend on how it is prepared? I am guessing a little both.
Been hunting ducks for along time and they are great to eat never had a greasy duck just make sure you remove the skin. That is where it may make it greasy
