I need 2 clips for my riggers, to attach the fishing line to.
I'm looking for the brand or kind that seems to work best.

they make actual clips for this. The work very well and are not that expensive. Try cabelas online or bass pro.

Thanks guys, we'll see what the local stores have offer. I hope to be getting into trout on Thursday. I mean, "my 4yr old boy" catching the trout! ! All advice appreciated!

Scotty makes the best releases out there,for trout and walleye the mini series rocks.

I like the Black's release because you can adjust the tension to even the smallest of fish. Scotty's are good too, but wear pretty quick.
