Is it really a double mouth or did someone just rip its lower chin/throat from its jaw?

That was one way we used to clean them, slice there and rip through (after the other cuts).

If not, I blame the NJ water supply!

The second mouth didn't appear to be functional, Olberding said. He has plans for the fish, which don't included mounting.

That is sick looking. Looks like a trout that had been snagged and someone ripped the hook out causing a big hole.
