Looks like a normal mature coyote to me might be aangle that the neck looks so big we get some of the largest yotes in the northeast you would thinks westerns would be bigger but they are a lot smaller than ours are

Remember that yotes and other furbearers are in their prime right now, hence their fur is long and thick which makes them look larger than they actually are. Just a normal coyote...

The only yotes I've seen in person were in Lawrence on my buddys farm outside his chicken coop. They were 1/3 bigger than we ever thought they were. Biologist call confirmed the hybrid wolf/yote in our area. Wouldn't want one pissed at me.

They have a way of shrinking once you peel the fur off. The first yote I caught this year looked almost as big as my Chessie. Peel 'em and they look like a small greyhound.

That is an impressive looking coyote.
