I am looking to learn how to butcher meat. I am not looking for anything crazy, but I am looking for some pointers so I can better butcher up simple meats. Any help would be appreciated.
Where are you from? If you are from North Jersey, I can help you and give you some tips. I have been butchering all of my deer for the past 25 years. It's a tough time of the year, no "specimens" available till at least September.
