IS this a cull buck I know he may be young but with a set of horns like that can he really ever develop into anything over 100 inches? Trying to make my shotgun/muzzleloader hit list trying to see if he would be a good buck to take out. Any opinions?

I have a similar rack 1 1/2. What looks like his dad is a great looking nontypical 8 with similar high rack. Let him grow.[up]
