Is anyone going out? My 12yr old son and I are adventuring into waterfowling and needed some basic help on calling and setup. Anyone want to help out on some advice i live in atlantic county!

Don't worry much about calling. Calling is relatively overrated in coastal gunning. Find where the birds want to be, stay hidden and take them close. Get you and your son into some brant shooting and he'll be hooked.

We do have a bit of brants around the back marsh areas near me

brant are a sucker for a good call. heck you can shoot them and call them right back and shoot again

Hows poor mans lobsta with them? Crawfish?

Well you might not believe it but my wife used a beef barley soup recipe and made brant actually taste good! So now I will be less reluctant to shoot them.Hope the weather does not get too crazy tomorrow am.
