I got a bunch of venison chop meat back from the butcher mixed with pork fat. Can I use this to make chilli, or any other recipe that uses regular beef? Or should I just use it for hamburgers? This is my first time using venison chop meat, so trying to learn. Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Anything you would make with ground beef. In fact, we haven't bought any beef in the past 5-6 years.

BTW...I'm not a fan of mixing in pork fat...I prefer to have nothing added to my venison. But that's personal preference.
