With it being my birthday on Tuesday, my dad gave me an early birthday gift. With us both not knowing anything about diver we went out with Cassel Waterfowl's Outfitters. Our guide, Chip, was a great guy. We saw close to 75+ buffies and about 500 brant. We could have easily killed our limit of both buffies and brant but those buffies move fast. The brant just didn't want to commit to the spread.We ended with 3 buffies and a brant. All in all, it was a great time and I learned some new tricks and hope to go back out with just my dad later in the season and try to hit up the bay again.

Nice hunt AYFS...those buffies sure do move fast, especially once they get the wind behind them. The zip along the deck fast. Glad you had a good time. Those buffies are pretty birds too.

Its a learned art. and as soon as you learn it you will try to shoot mallards and you wont be able to do that then. if you ever get a chance try it out of a layout boat[up]
