I have a sleeve but it's just for holding my shells. I don't think the animals are too quick to pick out a gun shape! If they can pick it out thats one smart friggen animal!

Good point....Not on my gun though. It's a flat black barrel and flat finish on the wood as well. Not to mention it's 24 years old so it's real flat! LOL!

While duck hunting a few years ago, we had the sun on our left and the birds approached from straight in front. Every time we had flock coming in, it would flare off well out of range. I hopped in my boat to check out our spread from the water to see what was spooking them... I couldn't figure it out, it looked fine, we were camo'ed well... until my buddy moved his gun and I caught a reflection of the sun off it. Quick fix... but I would hate to lose a turkey over something that silly.

Had the same problem..The ducks would flare and we couldnt figure out why..My buddie waded out in front of the blinds and another friends eye glasses were causing a glare
