Brand new only put on boat once 2 make sure it fit. It is water froof and it fits a 14-15 foot v hull boat. I paid 150 for it but 75 will take it. I also have a cover that goes with it for a outboard. vary nice thick cover. located in flemington. I sold the boat it fit and bought a bigger one so the cover is up for grabs. anyone intrested pm me or call 908-432-3764 Thanks Ryan
