on thanksgiving, i was walking through a field in whittingham when i see a guy walking a path with his dog and a BOW AND ARROW...im like, were you out in the woods deer hunting? hes like no, im out for pheasant. pretty weird..has anybody ever seen somebody hunting pheasant with a bow? [confused]

I didn't know you could use a bow on state lands for pheasant. Learn something new everyday.

Bow hunters should be aloud to do it just like gun hunters...


Flu-Flu arrows don't go that far...
BB's from shotguns go way farther then arrows..


There has been more accidents with Firearms hunting Pheasants then Bow hunting for Pheasants..

yea there are alot of reckless gun hunters...on thanksgiving it was raining pellets...some guy shot at a running pheasant that somebody elses dog was chasing..almost shot the dog...

Raining pellets is one thing. Had it happen many times when I use to duck hunt and I've had it happen to me when bird hunting on State lands.
But pellets wizzing by is a no no. And shooting at a running bird should be illegal. [mad]
The person that shoots my dog will never see their home again.
It's a bird for crying out loud.
