Hit up the musky this evening for my first trout foray this season. Total was 15 fish for the night. 4 came on phoebes and the rest were on salmon eggs. Nothing huge...just your average stocked trout(some finless some not). It was a beautiful night to be on the river[up]. I will be hitting up the rivers a bunch this week. Probably bounce back and forth between the musky, south branch and maybe even the rockaway if scrubby wants to get out..hint hint
