I went once and bought a sander and drill bits. Sander broke in 6months and i rounded the bits. Watch what you buy. Lets just say you get what you pay for.

Save your money don't buy those lemon tools their like harbor frieght tools nothing but junk.[down]Try ebay for deals on good tools.If you depend on your tools to make you money don't go cheap.It will cost you in the end.[rofl]

I bought some vise grips for welding at one of those shows every time I would clamp them they pop open[wallmad]

yea them firehouse tools sales really are junk, and its to bad because i like supporting fire companys, but not when they sell crap tools

I bought a "new" colemann powerwasher form them. Only 3 left. $299.00 took it. Something told me 2 run it before they got outta town, but it didnt. Time came for its use and it ran first time out then dead as ever. Called coleman to no avail. Got in touch with coleman dealer in N.Y. Engine got no markings or #"s. Dealer told me good luck and trash it. No way to get parts . He knew i got taken.. Serves me right for not checking things sooner.

I go to the Homer sale when it comes around. Its good for little things like o ring sets or electrical connector assortments. I want to buy a Sawzall next time to leave at the property. Its handy in a pinch, but if it gets stolen your only out 20 bucks.
