How was it not filled in correctly? You need 3 things, Date of harvest, Seal number and check station name. As long as you went to a B.A.D check station both times there is no problem.

Exactly. You can fill in the information from both deer and you are all set. No need to go back to any check station. When you get your buck in extended season just make sure the entire card is filled out and go to a BAD check station.
