I decide to take my second Doe today, for the BAD. Anyway I get down to the whitehouse checking station and I give him the yellow card that was given to me by Mr. Pearson on rt31. When he looks at it he tells me that the card is no good because it was not filled out properly by the checking station.
Make sure when you shoot your first deer they fill it out properly or you going to be in the same situation I'm in. I have to go now and get a third doe. That really SUCKS. You are responssible to make sure they do it right. I'm going Monday back to Mr. Persons to see if the problem can be solved [mad]

He gave me a blank card, he never wrote all the information on it, and I never looked. The place was mobbed with hunters checking in deers. I'm taking the seal # from the deer contest on this web site and see if he can fix the problem.

I tore the garage apart tonight and I found the the metal tag. the yellow card had the # of the deer checking station on it, all I did was fill in the date which was opening day 09/10/05 and the # of the tag. I'm good as gold now:D :D

I do believe that the CO was wrong. Deer must be check in at any participating BAD stations. If you get a Buck lets say the first day of the exteded season, you must take that buck to a BAD station and have the yellow tag all filled out and in order. If you were to shoot a Buck next week during the regular season and you had already shot a doe, then you can take it to any station hand over your Blue card that shows that you already shot a Doe and your Buck tag from your license and you are good to go.
Wow it is so complicating, Thank God I can't get any more gray hairs[mad]
