Bad turkey sign

I just saw a tom and hen in my backyard. Then I noticed one little chick walking with the hen. One! Thats it! Not a good sign. The tom had a good sized beard but his body didn't look all that big. I took some pics with a disposable camera. I'll post them when I get them back!
