Once the guns hit the woods, its alot harder to bowhunt. If I dont get a big buck by the begining of the upcoming "doe-days" I probably wont get a nice one again this year.(Which Im used to since I "trophy hunt" with a bow on public land)(I know, I probably have something wrong with me)
I may just shoot a small buck for the hell of it, its been a while since Ive held some antlers after a bowkill, and I certainly dont get chances at shooters everyday. I dunno....
Dont rush it too much, it'll be here and gone before you know it. Savor the anticipation!
