The stock was pinned in place at Bangers Sport Shop to make it NJ compliant. The muzzle brake was also pinned and welded into place for NJ compliance. The overall barrel length is just over 16 inches so there are no issues with the legality of this rifle. I am not looking to make money off of this rifle but would like to at least get back what I had paid in parts. Asking $1,450.00 obo. I do not want to sell the lower and upper separately. In today's market, you can normally expect to get about an 80% return on your expenditure for a gently used AR that you built from parts (assuming that you use quality components in the build). Now, post Sandy Hook (CT), you could have sold this rifle for twice what you had into it, & had people fighting each other to get it. It's all about supply & demand.
