Anyone out there knows of a place were I can buy apples for baiting? I hear there are orchards that sell their bad apples to the public.

It might be too far south for you, but there is a market in Tabernacle ( Russo's ) that sells bins (4x4x4 )of apples for I believe $40. A bin will pretty much fill your truck.
Sweet potatoes $40/truck load are also available out of Hammonton. If your a reg. like me you can get 1/2 price :D
Corn is $6/100lb. or $4/100lbs. by the ton
Keep your eyes open for Farmers growing pumpkins. Most of them will let you FILL YOUR TRUCK with the after pickins for $10. Less for them to plow under.

Where are you? You can pick them off my lawn. The deer now are cleaning them up but when they all start dropping the deer can't keep up. You are welcome to them. I'm in Long Valley ( on top of the Mtn.).

Nighstalker911___ Thank you for the reply. I'm in Union county. Can you be more specific about the address of these places. I'm very interested in going there, we have the trucks that can handle it.
