Quiet morning heard one gobble never seen a thing.

Out in zone 20, Quiet also. One gobble. Called in a hen.

It was quiet,A tom gobbled in the morning,about 500 yards away in the middle of a cluster of houses[mad].

And after 4 hours and several miles all I saw was a lone hen.

Has anybody else noticed less turkey sign and more coyote scat.Coincidence,....I think not!

went with hunter4life today..we heard 3 gobblers at least in trees gobbling what i thought was a lil over a hundred yrs welp they were about 50 and as we walked another 10 yrds we herd bip bip bip looked up and one was right above us... it flew ,another flew we crossed the creek and they all flew...it was hunter4lifes fault i said lets sit right here he said no lets go across the creek[spy].....[rofl]

Worked a bird first thing this morning for about half an hour. He seemed to be getting closer and closer and responded each time I called. When I think he was about 75 yards out, he got totally quiet. I then heard him about 5 minutes later and he was much farther away. I can only guess he met up with some hens on the ground, even though I did not hear them. About 30 minutes later in the direction he seemed to be heading, I heard BANG ! ! !

my boss went out in zone 11, and reported back saw three or four hens, and a jake. Didnt hear any gobblers either.

I have Week C and G. cant wait.

in zone 7 2 long beards worked to about 50yds in heavy brush, no shots, no other gobbles

Zone 6 in Vernon....no gobbles. About four hens walked by us. Youth day in Hamburg WMA had nothing.

Birds all around me this morning I could have killed a nice gobbler first thing. But I opted to get more footage with the video camera and it cost me a LongBeard.
Around 10:00 I called in a cocky hen with a Jake and LongBeard in tow. They walked behind a group of trees and when they came out the other side, they must have switched places. I dropped the Jake and the LongBeard flew off ! [cry]

very quite. I worked some hens and 3 ok birds for 2 hours closest I could get the hens was 30 to 40 yards in the thick stuff go back out to the field close to 100 yards away pissed them off again they cused me out again and went back out in the field same place finnaly they waved good by had a lone hen come in close on my left I did not want her there with them out there so I shut up till she left.

The whole time the toms did not say one thing just stayed behind the hens in strut[wallmad] walkin out bumped a jake and had another something putt me a little further[wallmad]
