Here's a guy in Old Bridge that I've used to have venison ground up.

Yoda was this butcher that was behind All Season's. Then they moved down the road. These guys do a great job. Try their jerky and sausage.

i use these same guys - its not cheep - was $80 last year but they do a great clean job

I don't remember. The only time I went to them was Feb. '05. They seemed nice, and their place was pretty clean. Well, for a meat processing facility.
