I have a 2010 Tahoe LTZ...today I went to use the knob that is supposed to control the brightness on the main screen for GPS and other lights in the vehicle. I am pretty sure its supposed to work during the day but now im wondering if its broke or if it only works to adjust brightness when it senses its dark out... the knob still works to turn the interior light on when turned all the way its just the brightness.....

Just checked my 07 Colorado and it does not adjust brightness durring the day either so this is probablly the norm.
