Congratulations Joe,you have quite a little fisherboy there. You can tell he's hooked on fishing already.

How do you rig a slip float? also how do you rig a slip sinker? Can anyone tell me?

D..Slip float....Start out with your hook, 24 inch leader, small barrel swivel, medium split shot. Tie this up and add the shot 5 inches down from barrel swivel. Next get your slip bobber and p [no swearing please] main line through and tie to barrel swivel. Drop the weigted hook down to a determined depth.(I pull 2 feet out from reel 10 or more times for about 20') Take dental floss and tie 3 overhand knots and trim tag end close. Reel back in and bait up. When you cast, your weighted bait will stop at the determined depth. The floss will not p [no swearing please] through the body of the float. For a slip sinker tie the same leader minus the shot. P [no swearing please] the main line through an EGG sinker and tie to barrel swivel..

Good luck.
