I know a Guy name Dave who does artistic welding with all kinds of metals. He is in Chatham, NJ. I'm sure he could handle it.

Depending on what you mean by Central Jersey...Fox welding on 528 in new egypt. They did some awesome work on audi tranny/mounts that I broke when I bottomed out off the asphalt. Brought the broken parts to them and they welded them back up with 1/1000 of an inch. Stronger than before.
