I'll ask my brother who has a camp up there if he knows anyone. He's a guide but not taking anyone this year. Working on the camp instead.

I've been to this place many times using their guide service for fishing or just staying at the lodge and using our boat once we knew the lakes and area. You can call and see if they still guide for hunters, They used to in the 80's. If they don't it's still a nice lodge to stay at for 2 hots and a cot.

good luck...not sure where you plan on hunting but up here (saranac lake area) big bucks are FEW and FAR between...tough hunting

I've been going there every Summer since I was eighteen and I've heard this from a lot of people. Not the best place for Whitetail.

Not looking to kill a monster, but that would be nice. just want some peace and quiet and an affordable getaway. thanks for the info fellas!
