I'm not one to worry about stuff but I almost threw up when I missed the target and lost one. After that I knew I would never shoot good with them being afraid of loosing more.
They are between the 340 and 400 spine, like any other arrow spine goes. I would say 70 would be max, anything more or if you want more spine you would need the 360's.
