Hope someone can answer this. I have a 10pt rack still in velvet. It was a road kill that happened right in front of us last week. Got the permit from the police and all cut up in the freezer ( a little ******* in all of us)!!! But couldnt see letting the thing go to waste.... From what I understand, the permit is for meat only and the Rack is illegal???? So none of the Taxi's in NJ can touch it??? Is this true?
