The F&G 2005 game code includes Bear Management Zones (similar to deer). This allows the F&G to possibly increase bag limits in some zones... while decreasing in others.

Looks like BowhunterCop can shoot two this year (yeah right).

First you have to educate Campbell about bears. Since he doesn't listen to his own biologists, I suggest shoving a few donuts up his A$$ and dropping him off in bear country. If that doesn't do it, then he just needs to be replaced. Then, we will have a bear hunt.

I like the fact that they came up with this system with the bear zones, I can't what to see it for myself.

I agree Campbell doesn't know anything about bears, and if he doesn't listen to his own experts then he will only listen to himself.
