Well I think the all mighty dollar is making up some of these rules instead of management statistics.... I think the real problem is people are seeing so many in nieghborhoods where hunting is not allowed. They want to thin these numbers but can't go on a killing spree near the houses so they try to thin the numbers else where in hopes the deer will leave the houses for the big woods. I still see a ton of deer but 9 times out of 10 it's where you can't hunt!
