I applied, but now I need to find a nice bear spot. I think all the testing on my property may have pushed them off.

2, 3, 1.
I have property in Frelinghuysen and figured I can try Waywayana or Wanaque if I don't get 2.

BHC, what were the quota per zone again? If they don't hit the quota by zone, I think the permit holder should be able to hunt all available zones.

I agree with you, that if the quota isn't met we should be free to hunt bears within the bear area. I would like to hunt with "35" in his area.

BEAR AREA QUOTAS

1 2000

2 3000

3 3000

4 2000

I honestly don't think the quotas will be met.
