butchers needed

Me and a couple buddies are going to Maryland for a meat hunt(bow only) on Feb 13th. We will have 5 russian hogs on return. Looking for a butcher “in the area” to assist us. Would love to connect with someone to discuss. Appreciate the help!

Any recommendations on a butcher within a 20-30 minute drive from Rockaway? Tom seems far. George in Kearny is definitely way too far. It seems that the region is in need of someone more local. Any recommendations?
