They were vetoed, then the anti hunting bill was signed yesterday. Any animal that on the threatened or endangered list anywhere is prohibited from import into N.J. There are a ton of them, all bears, desert sheep, pronghorn, any big or small cat, beaver, bison, ibex and the list goes on. Besides the 5 listed from Africa, Duiker, Lechwe, Eland, and more. Senator Lesniak is dancing up a storm folks, we got screwed again. This is going to hurt or put some taxidermist out of business in this state.

So you can't ship it to NJ...If I ever do an Africa hunt I'll just have them shipped to my jobs other company out in PA and make a big box for them and have them ship it here to NJ for me on their flatbed

All you guys that are saying you will send it somewhere else and bring it into New Jersey, the second you cross the line into New Jersey You have imported it and broke the law. These animals CANNOT be brought into the State Of New Jersey, no matter were you have it delivered to.
Believe it or not, the black bear is on the endangered species list. The reason for this is because of all the poaching for the gall bladders. This way, if someone gets caught poaching a bear it is a FEDERAL offense. You folks who plan on going to Canada to do some bear hunting, you can forget about bringing your bear back, it wont be allowed, same goes for wolves.

The law reads: That the State should assist in the protection of species or subspecies of wildlife which are deemed to be endangered or threatened elsewhere by regulating the taking, possession, transportation, importation, exportation, processing, sale or offer for sale, shipment within this State of species or subspecies of wildlife
including those on any (Federal) endangered or threatened species list and those threatened with extinction due to the trafficking of their parts and products.

That wording above is all it takes.

We can thank Ray Lesniak for this piece of garbage, and Christie for stabbing us in the back. I would like to get Lesniak to one of our taxidermy meetings, and let him explain to the peoples face, why he sees fit to put people out of business, and take food out of their mouths, just to push his personal agenda. These sum bitches work for us, not in office to play god with peoples lively hoods.

Lesniak is the biggest shitbag in Trenton! The guy had Cryan in the same office having escapades with a woman he then got fired. Oh and Neil Cohen the assemblyman who watched kiddie porn in that office as well. All while claiming residence in Elizabeth and spending time in his home in Manoloking.

Welp, I hope you have money. " A violator is guilty of a crime of the 3rd degree, and is subject to a criminal fine of between $5000.00 and $50,000, a civil penalty of to $25,000, and a civil administrative penalty of up to $25,000 per day of violation., as well as other penalties." Can you post that link?

Did you read CC's conditional veto?
"The people will suffer what is sufferable rather than to assume the burden of righting what is wrong."

"And if you give people a kind of common cause, a pivotal cause such as freedom, then it stirs them in a huge way."

Some details are coming out as to the amended bill which shoots down a lot of the ridiculousness of this bill. To many people with to much third person facts.
