    Fishing without a license.

Went out fishing this morning and noticed again guys fishing with no license. Taking more than there limit. Really pissing me off. Can I call someone to have the are checked by game wardens? I fish strictly catch and release, but when I see guys with stringers full and no license and don’t speak the English language, it really gets under my skin.

I'm just shocked. You have to actually come on a public forum to ask what you should do when witnessing someone breaking the law.
True, no one would probably show up if you called.
My point is, see something say something.
