    OK. Gents I have a question. I found a used rifle that I am interested in purchasing and having it shipped(to NJ). It is an Arsenal SA93.
    It has a pistol grip but doesn't have

    a folding or telescoping stock;
    a bayonet mount;
    a flash suppressor or threaded barrel designed to accommodate a flash suppressor; and
    a grenade launcher;

    So can anyone check to see if this is NJ compliant?

    What size is the barell? As long as its semi auto your fine. Besides if your having it sent to NJ it has to go through FFL and they wouldnt take anything in thats illegal.

    Brick Armory is great for this kind of stuff they deal with tactical weapons. As long as he has no bayonet lug, collapsable stock, flash suppressor and the barel is up to legal length he should be fine. Magazine cant exceed 15 rounds.

    No, bayonet lug, collapsible stock, flash suppressor and the barrel is 16 in. Magazine is a double stacked 10 round.

    Does Brick Armory have a gunsmith?

    Thanks.

    Nope, I'm from Morris County. But, I drive up and down the parkway often. Brick Armory is right off the parkway, right? Exit 89?

    I'm thinking of buying a ar15 type gun for a family Christmas gift .... Bushmaster Varminter. Need to set it up with the risers for the scope rings, etc. I'd like to deal with a place that handles a lot of ar15 type guns.

    i could be wrong if the law changed,but i believe in nj you cant have a collapsable stock or folding.. no flash compressor or a bayonette lug. you might want to look into these laws before buying.. see red65 he gave me the whole the list..
