    First Time FID Card Approval

I FINALLY got the card. Now I need recommended shot gun suggestions. I need a gun that can be used for deer and turkey. Someone suggested I get a Thompson Center because its versatile. Any other suggestions?

Either one, you can get different barrels as needed. And don't be afraid to go used.

I would recommend a used 870 the new ones are junk the new mossbergs in my opinion are better than the new 870s.. pre 90 870 would be preferred. I have an old moss berg that has been to hell in back it don't look pretty any more but still goes bang

I would second the bps but for a new shooter or first tone gun owner they can get frustrating.. they ate not as easy to clean or fix if a malfunction occurs...

Ditto, 870 or 500 is your best bet.
