They will deny you. Once they do you have the right to appeal and you go in front of a Superior Court Judge who will decide with whatever documentation you provide. You do not need a lawyer for the appeal, your choice.

I really hope you are able to overcome these obstacles and get your credentials. I expect things like this to become more and more common with the new red flag laws. I have a few links for you that may help.

There is a website that connects patients with gun friendly doctors I learned about:
    https://drgo.us/

You may be able to find a doctor there.

Secondly, on the Gun for Hire podcast recently they had a forensic psychologist that spoke about issues like gun rights restoration. You may want a listen as the guy who spoke, Dr. Pirelli, seems to do this kind of thing. Here’s a link:
    https://gunforhire.com/blog/2018/07/...t-episode-370/

Consider reaching out to ANJRPC permit StrikeForce:
    https://www.anjrpc.org/page/A_Strikeforce?

Consulting a lawyer who specializes in Firearms issues like Evan Nappen would be a good idea. Perhaps a consult to see what can be done.

    Good luck.

shows how an out of hand temper tantrum when you are 10 can screw you for life. Now if the same 2A reasoning applied across the board...

I would have thought any hint of mental instability a plus for government employment. Imagine if we applied the same requirements on those who serve in public office as we do to ordinary citizens. There would be thousands of vacancies.

The guy put out his question if you don't like it or have anything positive to say move on. There lots of dumb posts on here written by some of you negative people.
So lets remember to use the Golden Rule.

While he can appeal it himself, wouldn’t an experienced lawyer make the process more likely to succeed? Also he has the expert testimony of the forensic psychologist why could testify on his behalf.
